How to manage interview schedule in Internzoom
1. Click Interview Schedule
2. Input your interview duration and an initial working hours range.
You will be able to change and add more working hours after this step.
Working Hours just means the hours of the day you want to conduct interviews.
3. Now you can view a Calendar that will show all your appointments
according to their date and time
4. Scroll down from the Calendar and you will see Working Hours.
Click the pencil button to edit the working hours, or the bin button to delete that working hours.
5. Click on Add Working Hours to add new a Working Hours range.
6. Select your day and time range and click Save to add/edit Working Hours
In the example above, I am making myself available to conduct interviews on:
Tuesdays starting from 9:05 AM to 1:05 PM
By following these steps your interview schedule will be successfully setup.
To invite candidates to book an interview slot, use the invite to interview function in Applications section.
